The restaurant

Being an executive chef in South Africa for 16 years has been an incredible experience but it is now time to cook from the heart for small intimate groups to make them feel like part of the family. We are very dedicated to customer service and only cook with the best, freshest ingredients. Ingredients excite me and with all this new produce, spices and flavours I can let my imagination run wild. My flavour combinations seem to appeal to most nationalities as I love combining flavours from different cultures and countries creating my own unique fusions. Without the pressure of cooking for 150 people in a full restaurant I feel like I can experiment more and get excited about flavours again.

You will be seated on a wooden deck with a panoramic view of the ocean and the sound of the breaking waves in the background. We offer a western style breakfast daily, included in your room rate.

We have a lunch menu available daily. Come and enjoy a tuna sashimi salad with a glass of sauvignon blanc or a ground beef burger and an imported beer.
To end your day on a high come and join us for dinner. Our dinner menu will change daily depending on the availability of the finest ingredients. Watch the sunset and enjoy a cocktail while waiting for your dinner to be prepared.
